Cheesy Bacon Potatoes

This one is sure to be a favorite. Warm red potatoes smothered in cheesy goodness with bacon - all enhanced by the delicious flavor of Anything Sauce. You'd better make extra.

Ingredients

4 medium red potatoes, diced into small cubes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1.5 cups sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon 1/3 cup Bold & Zesty Anything Sauce Optional: Add scallions or peppers to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Combine cream of chicken and sour cream in a bowl Stir in potatoes, bacon, and 1 cup of cheese Place mixture in greased 9x12 baking pan and drizzle part of the sauce on top Bake for 40 minutes Add remaining cheese and sauce and bake for another 10 minutes , or until cheese is melted
